Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow the affiliate channel across Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty brands. You will manage CJ program and direct relationships with Rakuten and Capital One Shopping to drive incremental bookings and profitable growth.

You will recruit and optimize travel-focused publishers, coordinate with global teams, and own the affiliate strategy, budgeting, tracking, and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing with program revenue ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing CJ affiliate program including recruitment, offers, tracking and reporting.
• Experience with large direct partners like Rakuten and Capital One Shopping, including negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own Hertz affiliate program end-to-end on CJ, including setup, recruitment, commissions, offers, tracking and compliance.
• Negotiate with Rakuten and Capital One Shopping; manage placement buys and co-marketing campaigns.
• Recruit and grow travel publishers (travel sites, loyalty/cashback, airline/hotel, metasearch).
• Optimize landing pages and offers to improve click-to-booking conversion and revenue per booking.
• Manage promotional calendar with brand campaigns and seasonal offers; coordinate with Revenue Management.
• Track performance daily/weekly and report bookings, revenue, and ROAS to senior stakeholders.
