Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conceives new product configurations, designs, and manufacturing processes.
• Defines and performs research programs to mature concepts.
• Defines test and certification plans.
• Assesses product performance and manufacturing cost.
• Documents and communicates plans for future work packages.
• Progresses concepts from prototyping to readiness.
• Hands-on experience with carbon fiber composite manufacturing.
