Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate complex aerospace systems on a Hybrid schedule. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite initially, with ongoing remote/hybrid collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in Systems Engineering, strong software tools/CI/CD experience, and the ability to lead teams and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and system safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 7+ years in Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years using software development tools, VCS and CI/CD pipelines.
• 7+ years experience in risk management and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced aerospace systems ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate system components and validate system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
