You will report to the Director of Engineering and operate on a hybrid schedule from Phoenix, contributing to software across avionics, navigation, and surveillance domains with a emphasis on architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field.
• 12+ years of experience in avionics/airborne surveillance or related software domains.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Assembly.
• Experience with software development tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship on critical technology projects.
• Drive customer engagement while delivering programs on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
