Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a disciplined scheduling and cost management professional to support Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE) programs. The role focuses on creating integrated schedules and baselines, coordinating inputs across IPTs, and producing actionable performance reports to drive on-time and on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in program scheduling and/or financial management (aerospace/R&D preferred).
• Experience handling ambiguity and complex environments.
• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or project management preferred.
• Broad scheduling skills with resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience with control accounts: baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, and change management.
• Ability to build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule from scratch and develop KPI reports.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated schedule and cost baselines in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Deltek Cobra.
• Solicit inputs on requirements and dependencies across programs; develop Work Breakdown Structures and IPT-level schedules.
• Coordinate status updates and forecast updates; produce schedule performance metrics and reporting artifacts for IPT leaders.
• Drive execution of plans and accountability for performance; mitigate schedule risks and changes.
• Support cost management activities, including ETC and EAC exercises; drive process improvements across PP&C.
