Qualifications

• 7+ years planning & scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Highly proficient in managing large data sets in Excel and data-driven decision making
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve production issues
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Diligent focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to balance multiple decisions based on workload, priorities, and customer needs

Responsibilities

• Forecast part completion dates and coordinate with manufacturing and production control to prioritize work
• Prepare work orders to produce parts based on MRP, master production schedule, shop load and inventory
• Monitor job flow through production line and partner with Manufacturing/Operations to ensure timely completion
• Query and analyze system data to support business goals
• Develop business processes to quickly understand shortages and critical path
• Support production metrics and address variances or quality issues
