Qualifikationen

• Proven Quality leadership with CAPA, root-cause analysis, and Lean/Six-Sigma expertise.
• Experience with aerospace quality standards AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, AS9145.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.

• Oversee multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and training of subordinate staff and manage performance and salary actions.
• Ensure implementation of quality management systems and metrics; address adverse trends.
