Job summary

DSJ Global is partnering with a leading aerospace and defense electronics manufacturer to hire a quality leader who will oversee site-wide quality systems, develop a team of quality professionals, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires leading AS9100 quality initiatives, mentoring Quality Engineers and Inspectors, and collaborating with operations, engineering, and supply chain to enhance product quality and reduce cost of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6+ years of quality experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing AS9100 quality systems, audits, and customer quality requirements.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring quality teams.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
