Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a results-driven manager to coordinate recruitment, training and performance for a manufacturing quality team. You will ensure products meet company and regulatory standards while guiding investigations and corrective actions.

You will oversee interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors and subcontractors; some travel may be required. A background in manufacturing/quality assurance and the ability to obtain a Secret

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing execution/reporting systems.
• Background in Manufacturing/Quality Assurance practices and policies.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance, and salary for subordinates.
• Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality discrepancies across assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Direct investigations and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Oversee interfaces with Manufacturing, Engineering, customers, vendors and subcontractors; some travel.
• Supervise inspectors ensuring compliance with specifications.
