• Experience with government customers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality teams across design, incoming material, production control, and R&D.
• Perform technical evaluations of requirements, specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers on quality issues.
• Drive supplier quality, corrective actions, and action implementation.
• Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance and productivity.
• Evaluate quality systems and testing processes to meet standards.
