Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 10+ years.
• 12+ years in quality assurance/engineering in aerospace/defense/high-reliability manufacturing.
• 5+ years lead experience directing quality teams in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Inspection/Calibration functions.
• Develop and execute strategic quality initiatives aligned with site goals.
