Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Texas is seeking a Program Quality Associate Manager to lead a global team of Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers on the GMLRS International program. You will oversee quality operations, drive defect prevention, and ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and proficiency in Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical/engineering discipline from an accredited college.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9102 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience as a team lead with Full Spectrum Leadership.
• Experience working with Government customers.
• Travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Quality Engineers and SQEs, including expatriates, to apply quality principles across design and production.
• Conduct technical evaluations, drive corrective and preventive actions, and minimize risk while optimizing program execution.
• Strengthen the Quality Management System, liaise with the customer, and drive data‑based improvements to enhance program performance.
