Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineering leader to guide large aerospace modification programs. You will develop SOWs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive performance through staffing plans and schedules. The role focuses on delivering complex engineering packages on time and within budget.

You will mentor engineers, liaise with customers and vendors, and ensure working relationships support program success. Strong CAD, EVMS, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• US Persons may be required for ITAR programs; see policy.

Responsibilities

• Develops statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research, ongoing development, and new business requirements.
• Leads project execution to complete the work statement and manages priorities across teams.
• Mentors less experienced staff to grow and develop within the company.
• Plans staffing, schedules, and resources to meet program budgets and critical paths.
• Communicates with customers, management, and vendors to align plans and expectations.
• Evaluates designs and drawing releases for aerospace modification engineering.
