Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Engineering leader to guide a multi-discipline team on aerospace interior programs. You will develop project plans, oversee SOW development, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and management to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires leading up to 50 engineers, mentoring staff, and delivering design reviews while aligning with EVMS and program milestones. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and project management experience in aerospace engineering.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience.
• Ability to lead up to 50 engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and managers.
• Proven ability to manage SOW changes and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Develops statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research, ongoing development, and new business requirements.
• Leads project execution to complete the work statement.
• Plans staffing and resources across the life of the project.
• Mentors engineers and coaches less experienced staff.
• Communicates status to upper management and stakeholders.
