Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Aviation background and completion experience preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineer with SOW development and approval.
• Identify and manage changes to SOW and assess impact.
• Negotiate changes affecting deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.
• Ensure small-scale projects (<10k hours) progress on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate resources and plan performance metrics for programs.
• Communicate with engineering, management, and vendors for resolution.
• Provide periodic project status to upper management.
