Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead advanced aerospace programs, coordinating across engineering teams and with U.S. Government customers.

You will own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones, guiding programs from proposal through design, integration, test and delivery while managing risk. Applicants should have 5+ years in aerospace/defense, experience handling complex, multidisciplinary programs, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Program Manager in aerospace/defense.
Experience managing complex multidisciplinary programs to cost and schedule.
FAR/DFARS, rapid prototyping or OTA exposure is advantageous.
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead programs from proposal through design, integration, test and delivery
Own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones
Work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain
Act as a key interface with U.S. Government and defense customers
Manage program risks, requirements and changing customer priorities
Support proposals, contracts and future program opportunities
