Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead advanced aerospace programs, coordinating across engineering teams and with U.S. Government customers.

You will own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones, guiding programs from proposal through design, integration, test and delivery while managing risk. Applicants should have 5+ years in aerospace/defense, experience handling complex, multidisciplinary programs, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Program Manager in aerospace/defense.
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary programs to cost and schedule.
• FAR/DFARS, rapid prototyping or OTA exposure is advantageous.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

We’re partnered with a fast-growing aerospace & defense manufacturer developing and manufacturing critical components and subsystems for next-generation and existing military platforms.

Following continued growth and new program awards, they’re looking for a Program Manager to lead advanced aerospace programs, working closely with engineering teams and U.S. Government customers.

The Role:

• Lead programs from proposal through design, integration, test and delivery
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones
• Work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain
• Act as a key interface with U.S. Government and defense customers

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager within aerospace, defense or national security
• Rapid prototyping / development backgrounds may also be considered for advanced or complex product lines
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary programs to cost and schedule
• Strong understanding of aerospace/defense product development and program execution
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
• FAR/DFARS, rapid prototyping or OTA exposure would be advantageous
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
