Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and improve complex aerospace programs from design through production. You will train IPT leaders, drive phase-gate processes, and ensure robust program management while maintaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires a strong background in engineering or business with seven years in progressive program management, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and experience with manufacturing and metal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration; MBA a plus.
• Formal PM training preferred (Phase Gate, LEAN, Six Sigma).
• Experience leading to Program Management with aerospace exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and execution of new programs meeting cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Manage IPTs and ensure phase gate processes are followed.
• Maintain program status and change control, with customer liaison.
• Mentor IPT leaders and improve cross-functional performance.
• Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and track performance.
