Job summary

RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Sterling program within Space Protection and Control. The role oversees cost, schedule, and technical performance, interfacing with the customer COTR/PM and guiding a matrixed team with agile practices.

You will work on staffing, proposals, cost estimates, risk management, and strategic planning to reduce cost and improve reliability. Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with external & internal customer exposure.
• Experience with software development programs and agile lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Sterling program.
• Interface with the customer COTR/PM and manage cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present Annual Operating Plan and long-term financial outlook.
