Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Manager in Aurora, CO, onsite, to lead and manage complex aerospace programs. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, and maintaining strong customer relations with the government and internal stakeholders.

The candidate should have 12+ years of relevant experience or 10+ with an advanced degree, strong program tools proficiency, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with related field.
• Experience with cost, schedule and technical performance management.
• External & Internal customer exposure experience.
• Knowledge of agile lifecycle and new product development.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and growing a trusted customer partnership and primary interface with the COTR/Customer PM.
• Drive a positive team culture to meet program objectives on schedule and at cost.
• Communicate program status and corrective actions promptly.
• Partner across enterprise to capture new business and ensure execution success.
• Present program status using EVMS, IMS/IMP, risk management and forecasts.
