Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in engineering or related technical field; 11+ years of program administration experience preferred.
Demonstrates program management principles, leadership, planning, scheduling and coordination to meet milestones.
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interface with all levels.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the program from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
Develop and coordinate program plans for internal R&D or contracted development for external customers.
Collaborate with technical staff and management to set requirements, designs, and evaluation criteria.
