Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the C-17 TS Device and Courseware Modifications program, guiding proposals through lifecycles and delivering on schedule, cost, and performance.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction on DoD contracts. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 10+ years in aerospace/defense program management, EVMS experience, DoD clearance, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting.
• Dynamic leadership with cross-functional team involvement.
• Must coordinate with DoD and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of the program from requirements through delivery.
• Supports bid and proposal activities and ensures compliant documentation.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and resources; reports to senior management.
• Maintains the integrated master schedule with milestones.
• Identifies and mitigates risks; leads corrective actions.
• Communicates status, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Ensures coordination across multiple programs and product lines.
• Travel as required to support program needs.
