Job summary

CAE Inc in the United States seeks an experienced program manager to lead the C-17 TS Device and Courseware Modifications program from proposals through lifecycle. You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and customer relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 10+ years in aerospace/defense program management, and experience with EVMS and DoD contracts; US citizenship and security clearance considerations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of the program from requirements through closeout.
• Leads device and courseware modification programs (ECP/CCP).
• Owns schedule, budgets, and risk management for the program.
• Interfaces with the customer on modification projects and contracts.
• Supports bid and proposal activities and internal reporting.
