Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager for the C-17 TS Device and Courseware Modifications program, guiding proposals through lifecycle and ensuring cost, schedule, and customer alignment.

This leadership role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive successful delivery in a defense contracting environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in aerospace/defense program management, PMP, EVMS experience, and an active DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years program management experience
• Experience with aerospace/defense programs as prime or subcontractor
• Active security clearance preferred; DoD clearance possible

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of the program from requirements to closeout.
• Supports bid/proposal activities and ensures documentation meets RFP requirements.
• Manages schedules and budgets; reports to senior management.
• Maintains integrated master schedule with milestones.
• Interfaces with customer and coordinates with other program leads.
