Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Reliability, Maintainability and Sustainment (RMS) Engineering Project Manager to drive RMS initiatives across multiple product lines for the F-22 program. You will lead data-driven analyses, coordinate with engineering teams, and manage supplier integration while ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery.

The role requires a Final SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
• 9+ years of engineering and/or project management experience on aerospace or defense programs.
• Experience communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined teams, senior executives, and external customers.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Final SECRET Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead execution of RMS initiatives spanning multiple product lines.
• Track milestones, cost and schedule performance, and present status to leadership.
• Drive data-centric RMS analyses and translate findings into design actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional experts and facilitate meetings to drive execution.
• Plan and conduct customer reviews and demonstrations of RMS processes.
• Manage supplier technical development and engineering integration activities.
