Job summary

Boeing in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to lead DaDT analysis for airframes and fleet-wide crack growth assessment. You will develop and validate finite element models, verify structural integrity, and support both design and in-service improvements on Bomber programs.

Required expertise includes 10+ years in structural analysis and fracture mechanics, plus proficiency with NASGRO, AFGROW, and FEM tools. On-site role with long-term extension potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in engineering from an accredited program.
• Independently construct, execute, review, and manage structural FEM models in DaDT.
• Expertise in linear elastic fracture mechanics.
• Experience with Paris Law and Spectrum Analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in structural analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in fracture, fatigue, or DaDT analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with stress, DaDT analysis and FEM methodologies.
• Perform durability life calculations and damage tolerance assessments.
• Develop and verify FEMs for crack growth and fleet risk.
• Define analytical methods and tools for airframe structural performance.
• Lead repair development and documentation of structural requirements.
• Support in-service products through failure investigations and improvements.
