Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Albuquerque team. You will perform static strength, durability, and fatigue analyses on airframe components, develop stress reports, and contribute to certification and in-service support.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, travel up to 25%, and a strong background in aerospace structures, metals and composites, and failure analysis. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of material properties, load paths and structural analysis methods.
• Experience in structural analysis of metallic or composite airframes.
• Readiness to work with multi-functional team and travel up to 25%.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures (airframe: wing and fuselage).
• Calculate loads, static and fatigue analyses; evaluate structural integrity.
• Generate stress check notes and documentation for certification.
• Investigate failures and develop repairs for airframe elements.
• Coordinate with FAA regulatory framework for safety compliance.
• Lead a team of stress analysts and provide coaching.
