Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Lead Structural DaDT Analysis Engineer (Level 4) to drive damage tolerance analysis for B-1/B-52 programs. You will lead FE modelling, DAS/DaDT analyses, and verification against AF/ASIP requirements, coordinating across engineering teams.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, validating analytical methods, and guiding repair strategies to ensure structural integrity throughout the lifecycle of the airframe while working onsite in

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience constructing, executing, reviewing, and managing structural finite element models in DaDT.
Expertise in linear elastic fracture mechanics.
Experience with Paris Law and Spectrum Analysis.
Familiarity with crack growth analysis tools (NASGRO, AFGROW, GROWTH, NASA/FLAGRO, BEAS).

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with methodology and processes for stress and DaDT analysis and FE modelling.
Perform failsafe analyses and durability life calculations; determine damage tolerance for fracture critical parts.
Lead development of test plans and configurations; support test execution and report results.
Develop analytical methods and FE models to define airframe structural environment and performance.
Verify ASIP requirements are met for airframe analysis and validation.
Lead repair development and integration of structural requirements across the product lifecycle.
