Job summary

RTX is seeking a Remote Customer Account Executive for U.S. Air Force sustainment. You will serve as the primary interface for USAF accounts, delivering mission-aligned support and coordinating with engineering, logistics and operations to ensure program success.

You will drive growth by forecasting, pursuing opportunities, and leading business reviews with USAF partners. This role is remote with potential on-site engagements as needed within the United States.

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of aerospace or aviation sales experience.
• Experience with military sales to OEMs and U.S. government customers.
• Proven ability to close long-term agreements with OEMs and government.
• Strong leadership, planning and continuous-improvement skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for USAF sustainment accounts, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with USAF end users, program offices, and OEM teams.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline development and contract follow-through.
