Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on job sites. You will serve as the on-site expert and guide less experienced team members.

As the on-site lead, you will coordinate with storm response teams, travel as needed, and ensure daily productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be authorized to work in the US.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to guide a crew on installation/maintenance tasks.
• Ability to travel for storm response and manage on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators to install supports and cable.
• Ensure job sites are safe, manage traffic flow, and supervise crew members.
• Provide guidance to less experienced workers and participate in daily work orders and crew checks.
• Be ready to travel on short notice for storm response and emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
