Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems on job sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding on-site crews.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to work at heights, and readiness to travel for storm response. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training in a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam clearance required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or supports according to codes and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure traffic flows smoothly on site.
• Climb heights safely using hooks and ladders.
• Operate hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
