Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is hiring a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced teammates on site.

Role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid US driver’s license, and readiness to travel for storm response. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record; pass DOT medical exam.
• 3+ years related experience; pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer needs.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick and excavators on site.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow during operations.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders; use hand and power tools.
• Provide guidance to crew members and be ready to travel for storm response.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
