Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll serve as the on-site expert, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.

You’ll lead field operations, manage safety, and perform high‑height work using ladders and hooks. You must be willing to travel for storm response and complete daily reports on productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam
• Authorized to work in the United States
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
• CDL Class A preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures per codes and customer requirements
• Ensure safety and smooth traffic flow on job sites
• Climb and work at heights using hooks and ladders
• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws)
• Provide guidance to crew members
• Travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
