TCS Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems on job sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced team members.

The role emphasizes on-site expertise, fast response to issues, and coordination of crews to meet customer requirements. Strong safety focus and ability to travel for storm response are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT medical card required.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables and structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate equipment such as bucket trucks and digger derricks.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members.
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and safety checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
