Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll be the on-site expert, guiding and supporting junior crew members.

Requirements include 3+ years of related experience, a valid CDL-A preferred, and a DOT medical card. Excellent pay with benefits and potential travel for storm response are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• DOT physical exam passed, resulting in a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A driver license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecom systems per codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
• Keep work areas safe and ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and install components.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks for productivity and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
