Kanaan Communications, LLC seeks an Aerial Construction Supervisor to oversee aerial telecommunications construction crews, ensuring installations, maintenance, and repairs meet safety and quality standards. You will lead in-house and subcontracted teams, forecast resources, manage schedules, and communicate progress to customers, while upholding a safety-first culture and strong client relations.

Requires 2+ years in construction management including supervisory experience, strong project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction management experience, including at least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of all aspects of the aerial construction process.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and subcontracted crews performing aerial OSP construction.
• Supervise, develop, and lead construction teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee on-site and off-site aerial construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Forecast resource needs to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain construction quality using proper techniques and industry best practices.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and completion timelines with customers.
• Review reports and project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with management to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and perform additional duties as needed.
