This remote US role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, SQL scripting, and JavaScript integration skills. Travel up to 50% may be required as teams collaborate across projects and client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or closely related role.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration.
• Ability to gather customer requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end backlog strategy to maximize customer and business value.
• Translate complex user needs into actionable user stories and sprint plans.
• Direct hands-on technical initiatives: optimize SQL, JS integrations, and databases.
• Lead customer requirements definition and interactive training for adoption.
• Oversee UAT and release pipelines for high-quality delivery.
