Job summary

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Northern Europe team. This remote role, based in the Netherlands, supports strategic customers across the region and leads transformation engagements from discovery to decision making.

You will work with senior leaders to shape operating models, build business cases and delivery roadmaps, while partnering with technical specialists to translate strategy into actionable plans. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex strategy and transformation engagements.
• Deep AECO domain and consulting expertise.
• Knowledge of operating models, governance and benefits realization.
• Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages valued.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams.
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies and objectives.
• Assess operating models, business processes and data workflows for improvements.
• Define target-state models, roadmaps, business cases and benefits.
• Lead executive workshops and align stakeholders across organizations.
• Advise on Autodesk and AECO tech to support business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for data, automation and AI based on value.
