Job summary

EEI is seeking a Senior Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to lead and support EEI's pursuit process, from reviewing RFIs to final submission. You will work with technical leaders, project teams, and marketing to translate complex engineering content into clear client materials.

The role offers a remote-first environment with opportunities for growth and collaboration across offices. Strong writing, editing, and InDesign skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, technical writing, or related experience in aAEC or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Communications, Journalism, Digital Strategy, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat for multi-page proposals.
• Experience preparing proposals, qualifications, compliance matrices, or Federal SF 330 submissions.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Background in graphic design, website content, social media, SEO, or digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to complex proposals and provide senior proposal coordination for strategic pursuits.
• Translate engineering and building performance content into client-focused materials.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and work plans.
• Lead design and production of graphics and layouts for proposals and collateral.
• Support marketing initiatives, and assist with prospect research and client/market data maintenance.
