Job summary

Adecco seeks a senior B2B Marketing professional to translate complex engineering capabilities into compelling customer stories that win business. This role sits within a fast-growing Critical Infrastructure Systems unit, collaborating with Marketing, Sales/BD, Engineering and leadership.

The candidate will develop pursuit materials, executive messaging, and thought leadership, while supporting strategic opportunities and industry events. Strong collaboration with engineers and SMEs is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B Marketing/Communications experience.
• Direct experience within or supporting AEC / EPC / Engineering & Construction / Critical Infrastructure / Utilities / Telecom / Electrical Construction / Mission Critical / Systems Integration.
• Strong sales enablement, pursuit and business-development support.
• Ability to work directly with engineers, technical SMEs, operations leaders, project executives and BD/Sales.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value propositions and differentiators.
• Experience developing pursuit materials, capability statements, sales presentations, executive messaging, customer collateral, campaigns and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales-enablement messaging, collateral and presentations.
• Support strategic pursuits and new-business opportunities.
• Interview engineers and SMEs and translate technical solutions into compelling customer-facing content.
• Develop value propositions, differentiators, capability statements and thought leadership.
• Create integrated B2B campaigns supporting customer acquisition and growth.
• Support executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Develop digital/web content and customer-engagement initiatives.
• Support industry conferences, trade shows and strategic customer events.
• Conduct market/competitive research and measure campaign effectiveness.
