Job summary

The Ravin Group in Fishers, IN is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Proposal Manager to lead proposals and marketing initiatives for a growing AEC organization. You will drive RFP/RFQ responses from initial strategy through final submission, interviewing support, and client-focused materials.

Collaborate with leadership, operations, technical teams, and BD to craft compelling pursuit content, project stories, resumes, and case studies while ensuring brand standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Marketing or Communications experience.
• Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and qualifications packages.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and InCopy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar CMS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; accredited degree may substitute for up to four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Manage RFP/RFQ responses from strategy through submission and interview prep.
• Create client-focused materials in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.
• Develop proposals, resumes, project sheets, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate staff and project photography; maintain databases and content.
• Ensure materials follow brand standards and support BD and community involvement.
