Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for Security, Identity & Exposure Management to partner with Sales and address complex security and risk challenges for enterprise customers. You’ll lead discovery, design, and customer validation, delivering impactful demos and guiding executives through evaluations and decisions.

You will work with security, identity, infrastructure, risk, and IT stakeholders to tie technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical role.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise sales.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts, identity/access, governance, and risk knowledge.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking and data capture.
• Able to translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• BS degree in CS/MIS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design solutions, and validate customer value.
• Deliver compelling technical demos and proofs-of-value.
• Provide POVs, POCs, and customer validation activities.
• Collaborate with product, enablement, marketing, and success teams.
• Travel as required, 25–50% depending on region.
