Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach 3 associates.
• Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure high-value advertising partnerships.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
• Analyze market trends and business data to inform sales strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversees sales qualification and pipeline development to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices in sales management and client engagement.
