Walmart is seeking a Senior Partner, Advertising Sales - Consumables for Sam’s Club Connect in Bentonville, AR. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, craft tailored proposals, and steer negotiations with Consumables suppliers to maximize ad revenue and partner value.
You will lead data-driven insights, collaborate across teams, and mentor staff to enhance performance, customer experience, and growth in a dynamic retail media environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area with 4 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area.
- Alternatively, 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth for Sam’s Club Connect.
- Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals tailored to complex customer needs.
- Manage negotiation processes to protect company interests while achieving mutual outcomes.
- Use analytics to inform decisions and optimize advertising solutions.
- Oversee consumer products onboarding to improve customer experience and efficiency.
