Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering professional to join the New Product Introduction team at the Tempe, AZ facility. The role focuses on mechanical aerospace component design for high voltage controllers and circuit card assemblies, with on-site responsibilities to ensure producibility and cost targets are met.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in IPDS, Flawless Launch, and APQP artifacts (PMAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP) and can drive

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• 5+ years of Engineering, Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience
• Excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentation
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA and other APQP elements
• Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and other data system applications

Mansioni

• Conduct Early Supplier Engagement connecting circuit card assembly design teams to suppliers capturing feedback
• Lead design for manufacturing for circuit card design teams
• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing techniques
• Review conceptual and development designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify Suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals
• Drive IPDS adherence for all ISC related items
• Manage Cost Take Out (CTO) efforts and risk mitigation plans
• Drive DFX (Manufacturing, Assembly, Test, Lean) activities
• Facilitate Production Readiness Reviews and associated Phase 5/C action closures
• Interface with Production Cell(s) to ensure smooth Production Transitions
