Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introduction within AME. You will drive manufacturing tech, assess cost and producibility, and ensure APQP artifacts are utilized to meet IPDS and MRL targets.

This on-site role collaborates with Engineering, Sourcing and Program Management to manage UPC models, DFMEA/PFMEA, and cost-out initiatives while guiding production readiness and RTY improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aerospace).
• 5+ years engineering or integrated supply chain exp.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering/technical PM on complex products.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new manufacturing techniques.
• Review designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield.
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level items to meet IPDS goals.
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify Suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
