Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking an experienced manufacturing design engineer to drive design for manufacturability, supplier engagement, and IPDS-phase readiness for high-volume aerospace components in Tempe, AZ. The role emphasizes LEAN practices, DFMEA/PFMEA, and cost-aware manufacturing decisions.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Program Management, and Sourcing to meet IPDS, APQP, and Flawless Launch objectives while ensuring manufacturing readiness and cost targets are

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
• 5+ years of Engineering, Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA and APQP elements.
• Lead design for manufacturing for circuit card design teams.
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
• Drive IPDS adherence for all ISC related items.
• Prepare and present status on IPDS milestones and PMAP artifacts.
