Job summary

Maricopa County is seeking a Senior and Adult Services Program Supervisor to lead planning, oversight, and implementation of the SAIL program for residents over 60 and adults with disabilities.

You will supervise 20+ staff and report to the Assistant Director in the Senior Services division, with duties in Downtown Phoenix and later at 2233 W. Dunlap in Phoenix. The role supports housing stability and cross‑agency collaboration County‑wide.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience supporting and/or managing programs for seniors or other vulnerable populations.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, oversight, and implementation of the SAIL program.
• Supervise a team of 20+ case manager supervisors and case aides.
• Collaborate with funders and partners to meet program goals and ensure compliance.
