Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Three years of professional experience supporting and/or managing programs for seniors or other vulnerable populations.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Senior and Adult Independent Living (SAIL) program, including planning, oversight, and implementation.
- Supervises a team of 20+ case manager supervisors and case aides and reports to the Assistant Director.
- Ensures program compliance, budget planning, and collaboration with funders and community partners.
- Develops policies, maintains performance data, and drives process improvements.
- Coordinates with division leadership and county policies to achieve goals.
