Job summary

Maricopa County is seeking a Senior and Adult Services Program Supervisor to lead the SAIL program for residents over 60 and adults with disabilities. You will oversee planning, oversight, and implementation, supervising a large team and reporting to the Assistant Director.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience supporting and/or managing programs for seniors or other vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Senior and Adult Independent Living (SAIL) program, overseeing planning, oversight, and implementation.
• Supervises a team of 20+ case manager supervisors and case aides and reports to the Assistant Director.
• Maintains program compliance, manages budgets, and collaborates with funders and partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field
